MY ROLE
Production Coordinator
Coordinated production for Diriyah’s Oasis of Time immersive takeover at London’s Outernet, supporting the delivery of a large-scale, multi-screen experience celebrating Saudi Arabian culture. Managed intensive pre-production within a tight turnaround, coordinating logistics, suppliers and production requirements, before working on-site throughout the five-day venue shutdown to oversee operations and ensure smooth execution.
